With a capacity for 10 – 12 people, the Yantar Villa has 5 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a table for 16 people, and a lounge area with a large sofa and an open fireplace. The entire house is furnished in a modern style and has large windows with views of the gardens of flowers and tropical trees from the area. Each of the spaces at the villa is designed to give you a unique experience: dine a tasting menu in the garden under the stars, make your own bread in the clay oven, relax reading a book on the terrace while the summer breeze caresses you, or have a few cocktails on the lounge chairs facing the pool.

There is the possibility to book wine and cheese tasting, a bakery workshop, yoga classes or different types of massages and the hosts are so friendly to also get in contact with other companies to help you organize different activities. Yantar is located in Motril, located at the foot of the mountain range Sierra de Lújar and surrounded by a fertile valley thanks to the Guadalfeo river. Just 48km from Granada, Motril has very wide beaches, a tropical landscape and a climate of mild winters and long, warm summers. With more than 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 20°C the Yantar Villa has a unique microclimate. The region offers a lot of different activities for example horseback riding on the beach, windsurf, paddle surf or kayak tours.
