Amandava

Amandava is a completely restored town house, decorated with a lot of care by its owners, Mayte and Pablo, who show their love for this project through their unique touch, giving this accommodation a very special personality.

The entire rental villa has history written all over its walls, dating back to the 15th century. It is located in the heart of the small town of Salobreña, where time flows slowly as the orange trees fill the air with their aromas, and the pleasant breeze from the Sierra Nevada mountains caresses our faces.

The house was designed for the utmost comfort of its guests. It has a total of 140 square meters, providing ample space for hours of relaxation according to each one's needs. The spacious living room on the ground floor welcomes guests and exudes the spirit of the house's origin and history. At the same time, modernity is not overlooked in Casa Amandava, as high-speed internet and a smart TV are naturally part of the inventory. Next to the living room lies the fully equipped open kitchen. Modern equipment and a large dining area tempt you to fully try out and enjoy the culinary delights of the region.

On the first and second floors, you'll find two spacious and bright rooms, each with two beds and their own bathroom. The "Esparto" room in the attic exudes a special charm through its harmonious and regional decoration. It offers privileged access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the old town of Salobreña. The "Opalina" room on the first floor, with 45 square meters, is equipped with a separate workspace and its own living area, promising hours of relaxation with complete privacy.

The terrace, adorned with flower pots, has tables and chairs, as well as shade during the day and lighting at night. It also has an auxiliary table and a sink, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly if you feel like working or checking your email outdoors.

Due to its beautiful location right on the coast with a subtropical climate, the area in and around Salobreña invites you to charming walks through stunning natural areas, relaxed culinary evenings in one of the local restaurants around the vacation home, or engaging in water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, or diving.

The name Amandava comes from a small red bird that flies around the square of this beautiful village and will welcome you when you come to visit this lovely town, perfect for visiting with children, friends, or as a couple.
