Villa 360

The beautiful Amsterdam Villa360 is the work of Fatos and Martin, who have lovingly renovated this three-century-old canal house. Their journey began in early 2018, and after a long, thoughtful process, Villa360 is ready to accommodate the couple on its upper floors and welcome their guests in two comfortable and exclusive rooms on the ground floor.

Villa360 is located right on the historic canal belt of Amsterdam, on the charming and quiet Egelantiersgracht in the neighbourhood of "The Jordaan", which was one of the poorest neighbourhoods of the city in the 17th century. 350 years later, the Jordaan has become one of the most fashionable districts of the Dutch capital and the Egelantiersgracht one of the quietest and most authentic canals of the historic centre.

This guesthouse has two independent guest rooms, the Canal Room and the Garden Room. Their names speak for themselves, as the Canal Room overlooks the Egelantiersgracht and lets you feel the real charm of Amsterdam's canals and life in the Jordaan, while the Garden Room is located at the back of the house and surprises with its private garden "achter tuin".

Villa360 is a perfect alternative for visitors who do not want to stay in a hotel but want to feel at home, in contact with locals, but at the same time with all the comfort, privacy and luxury they would find in a hotel. With Fatos and Martin, you can expect warm hosts who always have a good tip for you and will give their very best to make your stay unforgettable. Please note, however, that breakfast is not provided.

In the central Jordaan district, where the accommodation is located, you will find a variety of nice restaurants and original shops. The central station, the Dam or the Leidseplein are within easy walking distance. The Jordaan is home to many of Amsterdam's important sights such as the Anne Frank House, the Western Tower and Church, the Nordermarkt and some of the city's famous markets. At Villa360 you are just a stone's throw away from all these sights and can easily reach the places you want to experience in Amsterdam on foot.
