Casa Santa Barbara 25

Terrible experience wiith the housekeeper. The house is nice but the service is very strange, inflexible and irrational. We rented the house via Secret Places but Zalig Algarve a company from belgium took over the contract. It started with the fact that we had to arrive at 12.30 P.M. exactly ather wise it was to much hassel for the housekeeper. the House is for 8 people and we were with only 4 people so it was not intensivly used. After leaving we received an awful and very unfriendly message from Zalig Algarve with 18 pictures. Tom from Zalig Algarve mentioned that we made a awful mess of the hoiuse. Pictures of chairs which were not really in line, cushions which were not very well placed. on the sofa etc etc. And a fridge with all good stuff which we left behind for the cleaners was according to Tom really not done. For Zalig Algarve a reason for not paying back the deposit. The last 20 years I have visited so many places from secret places. All places were nice and we have met so many nice and open people. But this was really a very bad experience with Zalig Algarve.
